I love this client. He is just a mirror of Rebecca. The sass level is off the charts. I want a whole renovation/design show with both of you hosting.

This was my favorite renovation. I think it's lovely and so liveable.

The small budget for the guests bedrooms was probably bigger than what I have to renovate my whole kitchen

I had to comment the same thing. I'm just learning SketchUp. The time it must of taken to build that model with all of that detail!

This home owner is SO FUNNY, and I absolutely love that he is not afraid to tell you what he likes and does not like, and to get your dirty feet off of his coffee table. He's also worried his guests will be so comfortable they won't want to leave. lol He is so honest.

Mr. Client was fantastic. I enjoyed his banter as much as I enjoyed the house design. I also love how the transition from a tile floor downstairs to the dark wood on the stairs and upstairs was done.

I grew up in Rancho Santo Fe. I remember riding our horses around the golf course with the acacia tree flowers getting caught in my hair....it was so beautiful. You did Rancho worthy! There are so many lovely homes there!!

Now the home exudes an understated elegance and sophistication without sacrificing function or comfort.

As a fanatic of the color BLUE, I could live in this house. This is the kind of house I would live in. You have really done an outstanding job on this house. I love everything about it. MR.CLIENT you are right, I would never wanna leave this house. I love it.

Arrghhh my battery died, so had to watch from start again... no complaints here. I remember watching parts of the reveal before, but showing the entire floor plan was such an insight to how all the design principles were utilised throughout the whole home, to give a beautiful and timeless look. I am not a fan of owning big houses but I would buy one for Rebecca to decorate. I am still flabbergasted by that large loft home in denver... that purple wall was everything. So one day Rebecca will design my showplace mansion and my loft style condo.

Truly magnificent house! Yes, very Ralph Lauren designer-chic feel, with a masculine edge and some quirky touches. I like how you're not afraid to do the unexpected and also, go a little grand and extra large when needed, especially in the entry space and master bedroom. Good move in uncovering those beautiful windows too. It's a large home and the pieces they had before looked miniscule and cheapish in the space, by comparison. Possibly, the most high end laundry room I think I've seen, and you do the most exquisite bathrooms ever! Such a talented lady!

I just recently found you. I'll never catch up, but I don't have to. WOW! you're such a genius. This is spectacular! Silly, maybe.... but my favorite genius is the hole to turn on the water.
