We had in InterContinental Phuket Resort great breakfast, great lunch, great dinner. Friendly staff, excellent rooms, it's more like a 6* hotel than a 5* hotel. The beachfront is beautiful, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely recommend this hotel; probably one of the best in Phuket.

Every element of service here is so refined and properly arranged. The club benefits are well offered and managed. Staffs are friendly and professional in their service. Please maintain this standard, or even go beyond it. InterContinental Phuket Resort deserves the real 5-star rating.

Quel job de rêve vous avez, j'adorerai séjourner dans un hôtel aussi beau que celui là. Le intercontinental phuket me semble magnifique. Pour avoir séjourner sur l'ile plusieurs fois, je recommande aussi le anantara mai khao toujours à phuket.

At InterContinental Phuket Resort in Amazing Thailand Rooms are amazing and the beds are really comfortable. The beach area is good and the water (in December) was nice, expect some waves but nothing like the monsoon season. Staff were great as well, very accommodating and friendly. Отдыхали в феврале 2020года. Отель новый , очень чистый . Обслуга отличная. Завтрак шведский стол, очень разнообразный и вкусный. Инфраструктура отличная. За территорией много ресторанчиков, и массажных салонов. Отель очень понравился . Советую отдохнуть в нём.

InterContinental Phuket Resort is splendid, a lot of elegance, you really feel in a 5 star. At least 5 swimming pools (from what I could see), the spacious rooms, the fact of having direct access to the beach and at the same time a view of the mountain, it is as if the establishment was isolated in the middle of Phuket.

Our stay at the Intercontinental Phuket Resort was an an amazing experience! Firstly we want to thank all the staff for their level of professionalism, attention to detail and welcoming attitude. We ware greated by and picked up at the airport by an Intercontinental limousine (We arranged this before hand because we ware celebrating our eleven years anniversary). In the car there was fresh cold towels, water and local dried snacks(very tasty). When we arrived at the hotel we ware offered a new set of wet towels with lemon scent and a revigorating juice. In the evening we had tasty dinner at restaurant and we went for a walk to the beach, which is only 5 meters away. In the morning we enjoy the delicious breakfast at the club restaurant. At the resort there is also a great area for children to play, and our 3 year old son loved it, he didn't want to go away. This is one of the best play areas we have ever seen ( best one in a resort). During each day of our stay we have also enjoyed the afternoon tea at the Club Lounge and the evening cocktails at the Pinto restaurant. Both of these have with an impressive level of presentation and taste very good. We have booked the Intercontinental Club with Ocean View and it was very relaxing to wake up in the morning to the soothing sounds of the waves. All in all an amazing experience!

The InterContinental Phuket Resort hotel and service are beyond expectations from checking in the hotel ‘ specials thanks for K.Niraphorn’ to go out of her way to making my holiday so special.
