Do as much as possible to beg God to remove the jinn and listen to the rukyah with intention of removing it. Use black seed oil to drink and Himalayan salt to shower. Scrub the salt all over your body and head, with intention of burning the evil. I have also been told hijama (cupping) is good to remove the evil inside your head inshaAllah

I’m the same as you, it doesn’t matter where it is sent from once it is in you these prayers help me as I listen to them throughout the day 2-3 times a day and have been helped greatly. There are a list of these prayers by this music producer and I have my eyes closed sometimes or open either is okay. I read just be awake and don’t be doing anything else but to listen. Assalamu alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu , correct me if I'am wrong , i was doing my asar salah then i just lower the volume of my player ,then this ruqya continue playing, while on my sojud subhanallah ,something disturbed me , I heard a woman screaming , like she screamed at the top of her tongue /she screamed as far as she could, like she's extremely afraid, was that voice of a woman from the recording of this video ?

Asalam alaikum It's my first time to listen to this dua But as I was listening l have spit salaiva which is very much And as listening I say a black Bird on the next flat just now this morning but am like I want to vomit and stomach is paining but am very angry but no teaste in home but before listening to the dua I was like having small black insteacts but very very small in nose when even I couldn't breathe but is like I have to vomit the way I hear because am still listening right now . Hear in india is a morning 7 :17 Mashallah am strong I know I will be better Inshallah.Alihamudulila for this dua
