I didn’t know you were also dealing with hair loss! I quit birth control about 3 months ago and I’ve been losing SO much hair 😢 also thanks for the honesty about the goals, it’s really refreshing to see that even really successful people like you struggle with that :) hugs from Vienna!

aw sending you love! i know getting off birth control can be difficult and hair loss definitely a hard thing to deal with (as i know), but over time finding the right products and taking good care of it will help! and of course, i'm a real person that struggled, i think it's so important to share 💌

i noticed that last week was a whole milk week and you said your skin was breaking out and usually whole milk does that if you are acne prone!! just letting you know there’s a possibility because dairy is prone to causing acne flare ups. i cut whole milk out and my skin was significantly better than it was when i would drink it :) just thought i would let you know.

Yes you can comb wet hair with a good wide tooth comb. Brushes are harsher which is a no!
