Intense F1 Pit Stop Training
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Pit crew training for Formula 1 is much more intense than you think! Long hours, dangerous situations and gruelling physical training are all a part of getting them ready to be in the pit for those precious seconds on a stop during a race. We know that F1 drivers like Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen have trained hard to drive around the track, but the pit crew also undergo intense training to get where they are! Let us know what else you would like to see Xplained in the comments.

I totally didn't expect the vigorous training and strict meal plans for the pit stops personnels! Kudos! 👍👍👍
Wow even the pit crews are high level athletes! Respect!
Now that's a high pressure job! Intense training, impressive performance...thanks for spotlighting these incredible technoathletes! I'd love to see you do an episode on elite car builders...like how does one get a job at Bugatti or Koenigsegg, building supercars and hypercars by hand? Or designing them?😊
Great video. I was looking for a good informative video about a Pit Crew and finally found it. This content is really great, I hope you guys will make more videos like this.
Thanks Alex and team for the information. I don't know before that the F1 pit crew themselves need to do that extreme training

This video was so awesome, informative and entertaining! Brilliantly done. Cheers
That’s why the fastest pitstop should deserve a point per race for Constructors Championship

boston dynamics are working on an unmanned remote pit stop robotic system for years now, but they still cannot compete with the human skills. amazing
had to look this up myself but hope it can get infront of more people! awesome work!
Hello from Mauritius, I wish you could make more videos like this, it's so awesome
Seeing this Pit Stop action from Paddock, it was incredible. Perfect practice + intensified pressure = incredible result
Working for an F1 team seems like it would be a fucking dream job. I just wouldnt want to be the front jack man cause a car is coming at you at 50 kmph
2 seconds? Wow, that is fast. That is very impressive. I can't even change the battery on my Remote Control car that fast 🏎️
My respect with this couple of inspirations you’ve made

Wow. Amazing video and amazing information. Well done 👏
Such a great video. I had no idea it was that intense
very good informative video alex thanks.
How about a series on how F1 works Alex? It's really amazing the lengths they go to optimise everything. E.g using a mass spectrometer to evaluate engine wear through measuring the amount of micro metal shavings in engine oil before and after a race. Mind blown 🔥
I've never really thought about this side of the pit crew before. Great video.
This video only has 100K views, that's a head scratcher for sure, excellent video
I knew it had to be technical but I could never have imagined THIS!
Get in into the f1s world in style. Loved it .
Dear Alex !! Again SUPERB Vlog !! .......Bless
Excellent show, great graphics and editing!😄
Amazing, I love formula one , thank you for educational information.
These guys are so fast in servicing the racing cars
This is just unbelievable 😮 ❤️❤️❤️
Now we gotta see one for engine rebuilds on top fuel dragsters
Thanks Blondie! ❤
I usually watch Moto GP But the efforts being put into F1 🏎️ is just great!
This is incredible! Next level pit stop ✋🥳👍✨
Lol McLaren at Qatar: "Hold my beer"
Wow!!!!!! INCREDIBLY WELL PUT TOGETHER VIDEO, F1 CERTIFIED FOSHOO
That Leclerc video on Monaco still hurts😢
People underestimate how intense F1 really is. crazy
When I was working in a car rental many time the company send me to a costumer with a flat tire. My mission was deliver another car for the costumer and change the flat tire and come back. I use to it take the time from the moment I get the key to the moment I start the car ready to run. It took me from 5 to 3 minutes Inspired in these crew members
Never knew she does these kind of videos. This is so good.~
Great video !
Props to Guido, for changing McQueen’s tires, being on a one man crew.
Go Alex 🏁 and great video Nic ..much love 💕 😎✌️

Didn’t realize this much went into the stop
Good and awesome video like all time supercar blondine
This is mind-blowing!
Woah ! This video was a blast ....! 👍🏻
Beautiful
And then there is ferrari who have 10 second pitstop
It's the same principle for other motor racing series as well like FIA WEC, IMSA, ELMS, Super GT etc
Great video, look can you show a old Prototype a Peugeot 907 will be amazing
really exited to watch
Supercar Blondie and F1 💥💥🔥🔥🔥✨
Very informative
Credit to the crew,salute
I love watching the f1 drivers
Well done!
I wouldn’t be able to take myself seriously during this training. All that to change a tire😂
Awesome video!
1:16 bro leg tho 😮😮😮
🏎 💨 💨 💨 wow that was very educational. I did not know that.
like this year. RB and Mclaren are almost always the fastest in Pit, constantly 2.5ish pit stop. While other teams are having a good one on 3-3.5.
Amazing!
Shots like 1:16 and 4:40 show just how much the pit crew are at risk of injury during any pit stop.

Absolutely amazing and once again Supercar Blondie smashed it -- I was in tuned and enjoyed the whole video.
Fantastic quick switch ✍✍✍💯💯💯💯💖
in Abu Dhabi Ferrari world you can test yourself in this
I never saw the appeal of F1 (no shade or judgement, motor sports just wasn't my thing). But seeing the pit crew do their work actually got me amazed and fascinated. Might look into this sport after all.
Amazing!!
The Box crews are fantastic
4:13 Maybe that is where RB overspent on catering
Extreme training and it must be physically fit! Love you baby supercar blondie,♥️♥️ massive muah! 💋💋🙏🌻🌻💋💋💞💞God bless!
The very most dangerous service car say🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁🏁👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Like it lots when to you do the documentary as always in the start of blonde
Wow had no idea the time and practice it takes to handle a F1 car
I didn't know pit crew can be more stressfull than a racing driver
those guys are great and because of the pit crew some won the races and some lost the race that too happend
Nice vid. The whole bs about safety concerns with the wheelgun in 2021 is off course initiated by that brackley rogue squad to stop RBR who were at the top-crew already. Guess what, RBR has subbed the 2.0 s again afterwards and the brackley's have been slower ever since...
New subscriber 👍
F1 mechanics now have a number of tasks they did not have 40, 50 years ago, including strict workouts. In turn, they now earn a whole lot more money than mechanics did in the 1970s and early 1980s, in fact, the average seasoned mechan today makes about 300 to 350 thousand Euros a year, which is more than most drivers did in the 1970s, and close to what world champions like Emerson Fittipaldi did in 1973
They gotta practise
Free idea breakers for all cars
nice video👌👌👌

Yay the video I’ve been wanting for a long time but it doesn’t address my question. The two pit members you never explained who stand in the middle who seem to just hold the car… what is their purpose? Thanks

Being a reserve sounds tough.
I've always wondered. what happens when you go to put the nut back on and it cross threads, and with only less than 2 seconds to spare, the drivers already taking off on you. how do they get around this? is the nut designed so that it doesn't cross thread or is this dependent on the pit team's precision?
