Give this intense 5 minute at home forearm workout a try! You get a full forearms workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted forearm workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your forearms will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

    Is it true that after a workout, if we allow the sweat to dry off naturally rather than wiping it or washing it away with a quick shower, then the nutrients released by the body (in the sweat) get reabsorbed?

    @@Nondevilworshiper it takes a little time but results defo show, i wasnt as consistent as i wanted to be yet it did the work.i do the first version of this exercise before my body workout and this version after my body workout and it does wonders. You should try this format and see the results🤙

    @user-cg2gk1yw7w Hi Bud 👋 I do it exactly as he does it on the video, but with a 5-second break at the end of each minute. So the full 5 minutes, non-stop. I do the workout once a week. There is also weighted version aswel, which I do once a week - and a resistance band one - these are all on the channel. These 3 combined every week.

    Hey Mike thank you so much for this! I've always had tiny forearms but this and the previous at home exercise video have helped a lot! I am trying to train more regularly doing push-ups, pull-ups, etc, without gym (no money/time for it) but still, your routines and tips have definitely helped and I want to thank you bro.

    you can definitely do both in the same day to get your total forearm frequency! Or do this one of the days you hit forearms and the other one on the other forearm workout day.     I've been doing the other forearm workouts as a finisher after upper body day, and this one specifically really got the back of my forearms pumped which I have a really hard time doing. Thanks alot, these have helped my overall strength and sports performance immensely!
