The vocals are lit. It Ronnie Romero, he is spanish, but born in Chile. Singer for Rainbow, MSG, Elegant Weapons. Downgraded to a bulgarian :D. No wonder no finals

Honestly they smashed it, i wouldnt mind if they qualified for final, song might sound generic but they actually put on good show

you can have your own opinions about the song, but the staging is something we should appreciate. one of the most striking stagings this year.

This, they fully make use of the stage. Especially in Eurovision where the podiums are extra large it is difficult to fill the whole stage and make it look good. Look at Austria for example. Great song, but it looked like a concert without people.

I don't understand why so many people dislike this song so much. A lot of people are saying it doesn't show the country culture but 90% of the songs from the lastest years are just the same popular pop/sad rhythm and don't show the country at all. This music is very entertaining, the performance was amazing and it has that 70/80's dad rock vibe that I personally absolutely love!! I was very disapointed that it didn't advanced to the final.

It didn't show the country's culture, yes, but if it did, it would be at a lower place. Bulgaria's culture hasn't really changed since the the early 20th century when it got liberated from the ottomans. Aleko Konstantinov, famous Bulgarian writer of various stories like "Bay Ganyo", wrote about his experience in the Midway Plaisance carnival, where a lot of people were representing their country's culture. He found Bulgaria's nicely organized and decorated kiosk In dimly lit alleyway, showing how underrated it is. 119 years later it would probably be the same to be honest.

in the studio Version the vocal dissapered somewhere not present in the mix. thats why they sound better live i think it was a mistak of the sog mix the vocal and chorus have to be more present otherwise the energy goes away.

It's not bad at all. I think it's because it sound like a lot of other similar songs, which is pretty normal but because of this type of music is not currently on trend it makes it even more evident and sort of passé. I wish they give it a little twist to the genre to make it feel more fresh, but it's a pretty decent rendition of the genre. The staging was there, the vocals were there, it just missed some twist. I personally liked more the studio version that sounded a little more agressive, I feel like the Semi final version went into more "power ballad" territory. Regardless, congrats to Bulgaria for a different and enjoyable entry.

compared to the other songs this year - these guys are actually pretty good

i actually really liked this - performance was great, sad to see it hadn’t reached the final.

May this be a lesson to our broadcaster, participating just so you can say you were there is pointless, picking foreigners with no history to Bulgaria whatsoever is totally unnecessary when the local scene isn’t represented, such a waste of potential and money (that we in particular, do NOT have). 6 years of hard work thrown out the window…

@@hep8008 except it absolutely does, Beautiful Mess’ instrumental was a modernized folk ballad and Poli Genova was an uptempo song using a catchy flute hook, as for Viki she was vulnerable and had a high quality song which is mostly always the setting with musical projects in Bulgaria. Imo 2008, 2011, 2012 & 2013 should have qualified because they were extremely good songs that represented us adequately, it doesn’t always work out though.
