After many communications with APP group, Jota Machinery is honored to launch a more intelligent 4.0 solution for thermal paper roll production business plan.
The advantage of fully automatic thermal paper slitting machine is that only one operator is required to complete production.
First, we use a trolley to move the thermal paper jumbo roll to the hydraulic shaftless unwinder stand, and then follow our video to thread the paper from each traction roller to the slitter knife. Then enter the required number of meters and press the start button to automatically cycle.
In the intelligent 4.0 solution, we have added an automatic cartoning machine robot: the robotic arm can grab the thermal cash register paper rolls and put it into the carton, then wind the automatic stretch film, and finally use the AGV to automatically enter the warehouse.
The 4.0 solution has increased output by 100% over the 3.0 solution.
