Sir , your IPR lecture video is really good. One question i have in mind is why cannot the clown of McDonald be a trademark as well. That itself indicates that it is McDonald Outlet as a Trademark indicates a particular Company's product just like a trade name or logo

Because you cannot link it with goods or service as required by trademark law, rather it only represents store. Store cannot be goods or service.

This is matter of ideology your facts your view when match with the concerned then you read watch because his way of style is as you. You read number of book but not understand in whole book only 2 or 3 topic you understand deeply because when writer wrote the book as per your matching ideology which were match with you.
