@@JJ-vp3bd app only works on: Lenovo Phab 2 Pro & ASUS Zenfone AR Research "Google Project Tango" for more info about these two devices. Check this channel for info on other Android devices with 3d scanning capabilities and apps.

I used the ICP algorithm to merge cloud points, but there is a problem when extracting frames during RAM filling and closing the application immediately, your solution is to capture frames for model building process. Thanks for reading comments and it would be nice to hear your solution.

I am not sure I understand the problem. In CloudCompare you are registering point clouds and then you can fuse them together into one point cloud if you like.

how do you take this info into a BIM software like Revit?

You can easily export from the DotProduct software as pts or e57 and it will import into most Autodesk products.

@@3Dforensics No I mean using a Intel Realsense to capture a 3d object and out put a stl/ obj format file in computer

@@JJ-vp3bd The hard part is getting it into a stl or obj format. The scanning is easy but converting points to a mesh is a tricky affair to get it right. If the part is small, then you are better off using photogrammetry or a smaller scanner. The D415 is meant for items that are a meter or larger and it does not capture colour or texture to a high degree of accuracy or resolution.
