Installed one of these INT500 today (3.5m x 3.0m), the supplied expansion bolts are utter garbage, not long enough, no grip and pull right out. Clealy made by the lowest bidder to maximize Intelrolls profit margin. Luckily I've used R Kem II before so knew what to do. I feel sorry for the uninitiated 😳

Hi, the supplied bolts are for concrete wall. I assume you were installed the awning on brick wall. As indicated in the video better If you are using Epoxy Resin and a longer screws.

@@plexyroad the supplied bolts are no good for any wall, cheap and nasty. Intersoll would be better off charging an extra tenner and supplying shield anchors or rawplug rawbolts, both of which have great grip on the shaft, rather than plain smooth, that won't grip any substrate. PS. I've been a general builder for 30 years
