Then future Joel disappears and normal Joel gets confused, remembers about not building something, shrugs it off and at the end future Joel comes again and says "I TOLD YOU NOT TO BUILD IT/THEM!" And the build/s blow up

Joel was totally better at this. He had more patience and was willing to adapt to the situation. But it was his idea to start with, so that makes it easier.
