Conceptually this is Nextdoor & this mission is certainly fundamental in today's society but practically in reality on the "streets" she (guest/CEO) needs to get in touch with the product & see that the product is actually creating the experience she conceived it to. For eg. in our region the product is not primarily serving the way she has conceived it to & what people typically experience first is a bombardment of posts of complaints & armchair wars similar to the rest of social/digital media. Philosophically a tool that can do what you are saying conceptually would be genius for our world but in reality in many places & spaces it is very very far from the reality (esp in the NI/UK you mentioned) Without this practical lense this talk remains more like an investor type speech/shpill.. . What's going on in the weeds & the individual experience is really important & it would ultimately overtake the "big-talk" -just an honest opinion
And what she means by kind is I will let Trans gender & LGBTQ say what ever they want including calling people names putting people down shaming and be very hateful! all these things are not allowed unless you're on the Woke side everyone else is not allowed to have an opinion or you'll be shut down and removed!!
