ઝટપટ અને ઓછી મેહનત થી બને એવો ગરમા ગરમ ટેસ્ટી નાસ્તો ખાવો હોય તો આ ૩ ટાઈપ નાં ખીચું બનાવી જુઓ .
INGREDIENTS FOR MAKAI NA LOT NU KHICHU
Corn flour - 1/2 Cup
Yogurt - 1/4th Cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Ajwain - 1/4th Tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4th Tsp
Hing - 2 Pinch
Turmeric - 1/4th Tsp
Ginger paste - 3/4th Tsp
Garlic paste - 3/4th Tsp
Green chili paste - Aas per taste
Coriander leaves - 1/4th Cup
Aachaar masala (Athana no masla )
Salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR JAWAR NA LOT NU KHICHU
Jowar atta - 1 Cup
Yogurt - 1 Cup
Water - 1.5 Cup
Ginger paste - 1.5 Tsp
Green chili - As per taste
Ghee - 2 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - As per taste
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Hing - 1/4th Tsp
TADKA
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mastard seeds - 1 Tsp
Red chili - 2
Curry leaves - few
Hing - 1/4th Tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 Tbsp

Just a suggestion. Always check Discription Box before posting your videos. Onions are missing in Makai khichu. There is nothing about Pauva Khichu. Don't be absent minded professor. Recipes are worth making. Keep it up 👍👌👍
