I’m not saying correlation is causation. But there has to be an assessment of what is going on. it's poverty, that's what does it. immigrants move to the country, but when no employer will hire them and they need time learning the language and settling in what else can people with no jobs turn to? it isnt race or culture that does it, it's poverty. it doesn't matter where in the world you go, literally it doesn't matter, poverty is ALWAYS the strongest predictor for how likely someone is to live a life of crime, end up doing jailtime, etc
