Hair grows, which it needs to be trimmed occasionally. The Q-tip thing is the equivalent of waxing.

9:30 is a possum from 'straya, normally pretty chill animals, probably cold or curious.

Could be NZ as well, as we have the little buggers over here, though our ones prefer staring at you from ceilings, windows, and trees.

It was a Common brushtail possum (Trichosurus vulpecula) from Australia.
