Welcome and Thank You Sara Butt If you do decide to make any of my recipes, remember my yogurt(Dahi) is not sour in taste also Kashmiri red chili powder is not hot and is just for the color. for the measuring tool see at the end of my fried onion recipe kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZGSi0rNvprOvYpc.html for searching my recipe on youtube type "Name of recipe + RKK" Example: Korma RKK RKK Means Ruby Ka Kitchen. I am sure you will also find that the recipes turn out very well like the other viewers! Happy cooking!

*Instant pot mutton nihari from scratch * Add 3/4 cup of oil to your instant pot on sauté mode Add 2 lb nihari meat _Let that sauté for a few minutes_ _In a coffee grinder grind the following _ 1 tbsp fennel seeds 1/2 tsp black cumin seeds (shah jeeru) 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 black cardamoms 4 green cardamoms 1 small piece of mace (jawatri) 1/4 piece nutmeg (jaifar) 8-9 cloves 1 cinnamon stick 1 tsp black pepper 1 star anise Add 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste to the mutton _let it sauté till the meat gets a little brown in colour (around 10 min)_ Then add the following spices to the meat 1 tsp ginger powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp tartaric acid 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli 1 tbsp water _Let that cook for 5-7 min_ _Now add the masala that you grinded with 1 tbsp water _Let that cook for 5 min_ Add 3 cups of water _Change the setting to pressure cook and Let that pressure cook for 15 minutes_ _Take out the oil that comes up to the top into a bowl and set aside _ In 1 1/2 cup of water add 4 tbsp flour _let that pressure cook for 6 minutes _ ___Take it out into a serving bowl and add the oil you set aside to the top Garnish with chopped green chillies and ginger pieces__ _
