That's same problem in gas gizer too bcz the flow of water is too fast when it is kept at full tap, the principal behind is that water get heated only when it's inside that little heater so when tap is at full on state it gets less time to get heated and thus less hot and when tap is lower end it gets more time to be in that heater and thus it gets heated fully!!!

@@hotstarrstarlet I had called for reporting the issue.. i was provided another number to report the issue..with that person did all the possible rectification on video call and then he gave the call to another person after 5 days and he too made me do some more trouble shooting and finally I was asked to open the geyzer myself and repair the issue... Excellent support under so called warranty.. where I had to identify and repair it myself. I don't have proper tools for opening the geyzer myself and carrying out the repairs. However I purchased another brand geyzer "Luker" installed its working perfectly fine.. This geyzer is in my junkyard, will be selling to kabadi wala as scrap.. anyways thanks for the excellent support.. it's truly commendable service on a product that failed in a day. Kannada Kuwara sir, service is more important than the product.. let my fate be only mine and not experienced by other buyers who trust your channel and buy products..
