I made this recipe today. I made a small alteration: used soaked and peeled almonds and watermelon seeds instead of cashews. It was delicious! The biggest secret is to follow those special tips for cooking right to bring the flavours out correctly. Otherwise, with the very same ingredients, the gravy will not taste as good. Thank you, Chef, for such easy, quick and tasty recipes, 😊

Bhai asali test unke banane ke tarike mein nahin balki unke banae Hui gravy mein hoti Hai Jo gharwali gravy mein nahin a sakta kyunki vah fresh Hoti Hai fresh gravy mein kabhi bhi achcha test nahin aaega hamare khud ke restaurant line ka kam hai isliye bata raha hun
