Yes, they r showing that v need to add sugar in hot pan but my experience says do not add sugar in pan.. remove the mixture let it cool down then add sugar powder like v do it for besan laddu

Mustard oil will spoil ur sweet dish bcoz it has own flavour ...which is not good for any sweet dishes
