Aaj banayae maine

When we steam in the big vessel with water we put 2 to 3 used lemon so the aluminium vessel looks sparkling and doesnt blacken

I tried today with 300 gm of Besan measurement and put it on microwave for 6 mts in micro mode and followed all of your steps but use lemon instead of critic acid, and soda instead of Eno. It tastes awesome with Tamarind Chatni... 😋😋😋😋
