We don’t say the n word with a hard R. Linguistically when a word ends with a vowel sound and the the next word starts with another vowel sound our accent adds an R sound in between. Its called the intrusive R e.g when we say “Law and order” it sounds like “Lorrand order” so when Fredo said “Ni**a and” it sounded like “Ni**arand”
