Now to the vlog . Cool - no need to boil the potatoes. I am sure all households have a grater including mine . Brilliant reason on why to grate (for crispness) and the need for thoroughly washed with water to remove the starch 👌👌 My favourite is South Indian type or Yellow Aloo Masala 😋😋Great way to incorporate salt with the grated potatoes to remove the excess of water from the potatoes 👌👌👌 The ingredients that went into the grated P is simple & easy to follow including the binder .
