The batteries in these old macs are dangerous mine started to balloon and I had to tear it down to take it out. It’s easy to get windows 10 installed but when you do updates and restart it crashes.

I had a bunch of things written but chrome crashed and I lost everything. So instead I'll say good video! A critique is the audio getting loud and clipping. Idk if the interlacing is a stylistic choice or not so I wont comment on it. Also, "I accidentally an entire BeOS install" came to mind when I say BeOS, also "rEFInd beans."

how is windows 11 running so good on a 2008 macbook WITH AN HDD

Can't imagine this era of computers ever having OpenGL support on post-Windows 7 OSes, unless you count Linux. I had the same issue when I was using my core 2 era VAIO.

I think it’s an Intel GMA specific problem, never had any issues with ATI/NVIDIA from this era. Intel’s GPU drivers at this time period were HOT GARBAGE (e.g. the GMA 900 *never* got support for WDDM/Vista).

Windows update drivers does not come with OpenGL, usually, try install the drivers from Intel web side.

Doesn't that macbook only have 2 GB of RAM? I have the exact same model, and it only has 2 GB of RAM. If yes, then how are you booting Windows 11? Windows 11 requires 2 GB of RAM. Or is it an TinyOS version?

The RAM is upgradable to up to 4GB and that's what this MacBook has.

I have a late 2008 MacBook pro with just ubuntu installed on it, the thing is i have tried every possible solution and every article in the web to install any windows version on it without any luck, any someone who could help in this situation? Thanks in advance.

How dod you get ubuntu working? On mine it just freezez while installing

When you connect an older MacBook to power without a battery it automatically turns on that's a feature lol

I don't think so, I've used a few other MacBooks from this era and they don't do that.

Prism Launcher? I use the oficial Minecraft Launcher and multimc.
