It all depends on whether the police notice you for the first time or already several times. Also, whether you forced someone with it or someone is scared about it. Then it can be up to 5 years in jail. The police can also claim that the car is no longer roadworthy. You might not get a punishment, but they can forbid you to use your car until you've removed the horn.

use a smaller fuse first... start with 3a... if it blows... then up the fuse amperage... always use the minimum amp... using an overrated amperage than it is needed could cause short circuit
