Friction is enough to hold the ink ribbon. Tape makes it harder to slide it off the drum when you need to replace it.

We are having an issue where the zebra zm 400 prints correctly and prints three runs correctly and then prints two blank sheets afterwards, even though all settings are correct. What is the solution to this problem?

Hi! Did you cut the ribbon that size?
