Those r people that don't know what they r doing and have no business with a ratchet. Those are the same people that suggest to me when i go to fix the bike thay it just needs a spark plug 😵

I just bought a malossi kit and the rings broke really easily just tried to open it up a little and it broke

This is what happens when you deal with the general public. This is what also keeps a lot of sellers off ebay. I was also going to say that you could do a video showing how to install a kit and try to idiot proof it but there's always some idiot out there who will "outsmart" you.

If I venture out to do something I haven’t done I always use something that’s already toast now this is a pretty basic tasks but hard to believe someone tries to say a cylinder shows up beat to hell like that. It’s pretty easy to be like hey man I messed up can I order a new kit

Yea unfortunately there are a lot of people out there, that I that I feel amazon has made them feel it’s ok to break things and expect us to pay for it. We’re a very small shop and we can’t absorb things like that of course. Nor is it right ethically

I’m sorry we can’t send free items to people, often times we do this with used or open box parts.

Them backyard mechanics 😂 can't work on cars but think theu can work on scooters. I see it all the time. My fav is when they buy a belt(the cheapest POS even when u tell them(MMG)) and start in "5th gear" thanks KZread University for the business!! You guys are on point tho!

You should never be able to pop a piston in by hand. Every time I install a piston I gotta use microscopic flat heads and work around each corner as one side slides in lol

@@Scooterswapshop actually now that I’m thinking about it ya on a dirt bike you can press it in by hand if you’re installing the piston in the jug with the rod already connected to the crank but I could never press in a piston on my lawn boy 2 stroke engine. Not enough room for my fingers

What seems quite off is that the Piston itself does not look like it fits inside that cylinder... I get the point of the video and I get that people do this but why does it look like the Piston isn't even mean for that cylinder 😂, it could just be me that thinks that but🤷🏽‍♂️ it seems off.

This is all correct. Not sure why you feel it doesn’t fit. These cylinders are $600 each Italian 100cc so they definitely Look different than most are used to

Although it may cost you in the end. This is not good customer service. Your essentially calling your customers out. “The scenario in dealing with right now with a customer” here is the truth. It’s your word Against theirs. For business it’s better to eat some shit sometime.

Sorry but we can’t be warrantying items customers break. This is a daily occurrence. And it’s simple math. In my ten years of selling thousands of kits I’ve never once seen rings come broken. Ever. So when they call, odds are they’re embarrassed and don’t want to admit it. Amazon made people believe they can get new items when they make mistakes but that doesn’t keep businesses open. We also get hit with about $10k a year with people filing false chargebacks and using stolen cards.. We “eat shit” every week :) We’re literally known for the best customer service. There’s no USA shops with an app with messaging, we have the most flexible return policy. We have an actual phone we pick up, and also do KZread videos non stop with free content and tutorials.
