This ATV overheats faster than any ATV I've ever seen. So to try and combat the annoying issue, we install a radiator relocation kit from Lucky 7 Motorsports. You'll want to block off an entire Saturday to complete this project, and you'll need a 2" hole saw, lots of 90 degree hose fittings, and several hose clamps from the hardware store. #CanAm #ATV #OffRoad

Hose clamps are most often 7mm. Ps: didnt it overheat since it didnt have enough coolant? Or do you regularly sink it in mud holes?
If you’re ever in eastern ky to trail ride I’d like to meet up and have you do a review and thoughts on my 22 outlander 850 dps .

Low coolant might be the only cooling issue.

It's very common for the polaris and can am machines to run hot due to the way the way the radiator is mounted very exposed and get filled with mud
Well that's why it was over heating lmao no coolant
