Good luck! It’s held up incredibly well and you’re question made me realize it’s been nearly four years. Knock on wood - we haven’t repaired a single one - but everything is outdoor rated so I think that is expected? And it sees heavy foot traffic. Everyone made comments about white grout - I washed and mopped it Sunday morning and it looks almost as good as new. My wife also did our front porch the next weekend and it’s held up just as well and it gets even more daily weather and traffic.

I have been doing a lot of research and have seen many different options including not using one like in your video. It’s held up very well with regular cleaning and leaf blowing; it’s covered so I think that does help - but it is all rated for outdoor use across all materials, and with regular maintenance it’s done great and I’d just flag that it’s very slippery when wet so take that into account!
