I got the same truck and got a tahoe bumper i was going to grind it and make it work but the tahoe bumper are 1' shorter on each side where it meets the fender, I just decided to get a silverado bumper

You look like a family dollar Jerry Tweek🤣

Now just add dual 6” pipe tips 👌👌🔥🔥 or unless you wanna do 4 tips but dual looks amazing ! Get the box of clips form eBay and add extra support to the balance because overtime it does falls off

Where did you find your insert grilled at?

Why didn't you try to remove the tailgate to remove and install the bumper? Maybe you wouldn't have had to remove that upper lip.

Just cut the plastic along the top and trim the metal tabs.

So you put the 2000 Silverado brackets in the Denali bumper, no welding it on ?im tryna put a Yukon xl rear bumper on my single cab 04, they look the same as denali, will it be the same thing to do ? Thanks for this vid btw rlly got me a idea on what I need to do to install 💯
