just bought a 2022 HRV base model. I can't believe how dark it is in there at night let alone the piss poor headlights. Your video inspired me to do the same upgrades. Just ordered basic kits from Amazon. best money ever spent. thanks so much for this video.

Yeah it’s ridiculous. My sister ended up trading it in for a VW golf a month later LOL

Yes sir! That was the first set of upgrades our 18 Grand Caravan got, LEDs all the way around inside and out 🤘😎🤘

This is a simple upgrade and well worth the short time it takes. I would recommend it.

Did you do both low beam and high beam or just low beam?

I would but I have a reflector set up, so LEDs would scatter and blind drivers

I'm in the USA what brand are the headlights. I have a regular lx trim I just installed foglights but of course the came with halogen

Thats an ex with sport lower body trim after a closer look

If that hrv is built for usa there are a few things wrong for that being a sport model. It should have black 18” wheels and there should not be chrome trim around the speakers.

Wow that's what I thought! I knew it didn't look right.

I think you will get a hi beam flash from oncoming car, it looks too bright. I have this problem change it to high brightness daylight led and people got mad flashing me with high beam my light is too bright. I return the bulb and put back the old one halogen.

Make sure you buy a CANBUS LED headlight

LED headlight with a cooling fan is no good. I bought a set without a cooling fan don't worry the fan will stop cooling.

It's totally legal. These are projector headlights and thus it has a cut off line that prevents the beam blinding the oncoming vehicles

Yep, so good to blind drivers coming and going 🤦🏽‍♀️ all for the good looks that no one can see because they have to turn the head away in order to see the road or adjust the rear view mirror.
