Try it without using the cropping to the polygon. I've seen issues with that resulting in an empty download folder.

Perhaps worth to say that these data are only for Africa, not coverage for the rest of world.
Hi Hans. I am using the ESPG 4326, when I open the downloaded files, these don't have valid values, so I opened the CSV file to check the bounding box and I got these values -179.999504, -60.000496, 179.9995039, 60.000496, which I think are not correct. I think this is the problem, do you have any idea how to solve it?
