It's called an H lift. You can rent/buy them at any major big box reno store.

How did you skim/dry line or paint the boards ?

I was careful to putty and I painted with the spray gun, then I cut off the excess optical fiber

The only thing this really demonstrates is that you’ve learned to make a time lapse video.

Whay did you use for sheets ???
