This is the second time I've seen people using paver base panels. Will do more research and if they're available in the UK.

Please tell me where you live that the labor for a 200 sqft patio excavation done properly and on time including the extra material costs for the paver base, is less than $500. The paver base alone would have cost $275 for 3" depth so that means your hiring the job out for less than $225, just sayin'😀

The paver panels actually saved us a lot of time in labor and material costs for not needing gravel, Hank.

@@AngelaMarieMade gravel?!? I do modified stone tamp it down, masonry sand on top to level the ground and lay the bricks then lock them in place.
