    I just threw in a new motor and upgraded to the AA watercooled big turbo. My Temps are down a ton. 183-186 is where it runs. I thought about doing the tank split but no need to now.

    What are the iat's on the datalog? That is where the split tank will help. Keeping incoming air cooler makes more power and makes cooling more efficient on the motor side as well. Thanks for watching!!

    @@utvoutlaws6652 I'll have to look at them. I've just got it back together and have about 3hrs on it. Lol. But the biggest reason for heat in the system was the intercooler sucking up all the heat from the comprssed air coming out of the turbo and since the watercooled turbos iat's are so much lower its dropped Temps across the board. It has a hard time warming up unlike stock. I have to ride it up and down the road for Temps to even get to the 180's. I'll take a look at IAT and get back to you. Keep up the cool vid's👍

    @@utvoutlaws6652 so I just did some pulls. Cruising at around 40-50 I was at 140 pre throttle body and full throttle pull was around 165.

    They are great to work with!! Always answer the phones and will give you the shirt off their backs! At the time of the video we had a evo kit and tuner on the machine but Tim is changing that soon so you'll have to stay tuned to find out! Thanks for watching 😀

    Does your guys machine still have/had the older style chain tensioners that were on the 14/15 XPs? I had a 15 and those were notorious were being weak especially is cold temps with cold oil. My turbo S has the automatic ratching style that everyone was swaping/upgrading too back then

    So if I remember correctly 1415 had a thread in style we have a Bolt on style from the factory And as you seen we upgraded it to a manual tension tensioner

    What caused the motor to overheat originally?

    We think the motor mount broke causing the coolant line to get pinched which in turn warped the head and the stock motor never ran right after that.
