As you'll see, the main benefit to our customers of having this new chemical mixing vessel is that we can produce greater volumes of chemical blends to meet their growing demands - in fact, it can produce batches large enough to fill a 40ft shipping container.
This video explores all the features of this new vessel, including automated controls, connection to our high quality deionised water ring main, the incorporation of powders into our blends, product filtration, and more.
We also look at packing of our chemical blends from this stainless steel mixing vessel. When product blending is complete and released by our laboratory, dosing of materials into pack sizes varying from 50ml to 1000L IBCs is controlled by automated packing equipment that uses highly accurate scales and programmable logic controls.
