A few weeks ago, two transformers (313 tons each) were installed in the offshore substation that is being constructed by Smulders and our partner EQUANS for TenneT's Hollandse Kust (West alpha) offshore wind farm.
They were lifted through the roof and manoeuvred into the right position. The activities on the substation will continue until the load out, planned for spring 2023.
