My 40" Samsung was manufactured Feb 2016 TV, the firmware update is done, version 1110. Auto updates have always been on. Tried to update again and received "The are no new updates for you at the moment". Still unable to find the KZread TV App. Bummed

Thanks for watching, that’s odd. Your tv should be compatible. Definitely annoying when you do all the steps to get in position to download app, and then it doesn’t show up. Is your tv a smart tv? This has been a challenge for tv owners with tvs that don’t have smart technology built into it. You may need a Google Chromecast.

What kind of remote do you need? Ours went defunct and not sure if that is why we cannot get the prompts on the TV for KZread and all the other fun stuff
