Great video. I'm having a problem now also. I have a Rywire harness and all the wires are black. I just bought the VSS converter. My car is a 1989 K24 CRX with a 2006 Civic SI transmission.

Will I still need this converter if I’m using a rsx automatic ecu? I’m using the ktuned tuck harness like you are and I have a tsx 6 speed transmission

Can I use the vss to convert my tsx trans speed sensor to work in my EG????

So I did this I’m getting a rpm reading on kpro but nothing on the gauge cluster did I do something wrong

I have an 05 Rsx but I have transmisión from an 05 ep3 which is basically a low frequency vss I can use this to fix my problem ?

What did you select in the kpro, normal speed sensor or counter shaft? My Speedo is working great but not reading speed correctly in the k pro itself

Can any body help me. Im trying to run 06 rsx type s motor and trans and ecu. Also want to run ktuned tucked 02 04 harness. Is this what i need to make it work? Heard crank sensor different too?

I have an 05-06 type s transmission what engine harness should I use and computer ? Putting and 96 EK

Use the 02-04 rsx engine harness but get the plug for the transmission www.ebay.com/itm/201989467090

Why couldn’t you just convert the signal in Kpro, and depin pin 3 on c plug between ecu and conversion harness. Then run wire from b11 to c3, b11 is speed converted output from kpro

I just did a k24a jdm swap with a dc5 type r transmission on my 92 civic. But the cluster dont work will I need this?

Vtec, and car will read that it’s stopped and not running, 5th and 6th gear won’t work ...

I use it on my z3 trans in my crx converted to a integra type r cluster.

where is the white wire and purple wire coming from? i have been stuck for a couple days trying to find it

Steven Oliveros you need to find 2 purple wire with blue wire taped in black together ...it’s in the back of the harness , you can find it right there
