No you can't do that with just icon pack, the camera, status bar, quick settings, settings and almost pretty much everything needs a workaround in the rom itself, this one was perfectly done

It's just a skin like theme basically you can't do it. both run on different type of machine, it nearly to impossible to interchange to each other, android is open source that's why customization quite bit easy.
