Just put mine in today. Had to dremel a small area of plastic so it would fit properly, but all in all, 30 min for less than $16.

If you don't mind waiting a couple of years, you can get them pretty cheap from wish. I forgot I ordered them but when they arrived they were awesome.

Installed. Do it first to illuminate projector install since it’s so satisfying seeing the first light at night.

At 2:40 I see ur lights are still on while the door was closed. When I close my door the lights don’t turn off. Even if I take off the car? How do you fix this?

@@garybuchler315 After watching the video, I went to my vehicles to check before ordering. Turns out my Maxima has this setup, while my Murano does not. So for my Murano, I order the sticking ones from Amazon. I've had them for months now, with no issues. They work great! They were only about $14 for a pack of two.

Your link to the product shows it doesn’t fit a Pathfinder. I’m assuming because of the connectors you had to straighten. Was straightening the connectors to make it fit difficult? Thanks for your videos. I own the same year and model as your Pathfinder and it has helped me a lot!

This part will fit the Pathfinder. You are not going to find many things aftermarket geared towards the Pathfinder. I have to search everywhere to find accessories that is compatible with the Pathfinder (shared with other Nissan cars). The pin issue is not specific for the car. The one I got had pins that were not centered and I had to adjust it a bit so the connector will plug in.

That little wire on the side is it important? Because one of mine fell off

So, what if you have a Titan xe that has the holes for the lenses but has a blank cover in it with no lights and no harnesses?

Nissan use this same part for multiple Nissan vehicles. It's the same one in the Maxima.

You can take a look to see if it uses same light on the door.

Mine blink sometimes, especially when car is running. Any idea why? It’s a super uniform blink so not like a loose connection flicker

Try swapping it with the other door. If the problem follows the light, then the LED has a problem.

Hi Dial2Fast, I have a Nisan Pathfinder 2013 S version. I checked my door and there is a plastic panel but no lights. I opened the plastic panel and it seems that I can install these lights but there is no wires harness. Is there a way to get that harness hook up and then install these lights?

If there is no wiring behind it, then it's not pre-wired. You are not going to be able to install it unless you do some custom wiring behind the door panel.

I will remove the door panel just in case to see if there is a harness/wiring inside, otherwise yes I agree with you that I will need to do some custom wiring and connect them to the light system. When the door opens the car shows which door is open. This means that there is some kind of switch and wiring behind the door which may come handy. Thoughts?

So if the car does not have factory door lights these probly don't work do they..

I ordered for my Altima.. passenger side looks great.. the driver side not so much.. looks like its broken.. like a crack on the ground instead of the logo.. does this happen to the projector? or is the car just jacked up?

If the projected logo light does not display clearly, then there is a problem with the micro film and the lens in the unit. You need to replace it.

Mine came in today. I connected it and tried putting it back in. I had a hard time. Till I left it hanging out for a few seconds then I see sparks and little bit of fire starts coming out. I smacked it cus I panicked. But anyway I was disappointed and just want my money back

Check your door light and pull it out to see if it looks like the one in this video. This design of light does not come in different sizes. So if your light looks like the one in the vid, then it will fit.

Did u put the connectors into the top 2 or bottom 2 pin holes of the wiring harness. I went into the bottom 2 and they turned off fine.

You have to use a small flat head screwdriver and bend the pins so they line up.

It will not drain the battery to such a low level. Also Nissan vehicles have automatic accessories power shutoff after like 10 minutes (the interior lights will turn off).

S and SV trim levels have recessed spot for lights but since they are lower trim levels, they won't have a light in there. I guess Nissan doesn't care about the safety of people opening their door in the dark on lower trim levels.
