A small tip from my side... You can remove the background of a photo online using bgremover, for sharp and clean cut and u can use it on your editing using layering

You can blur original photo without healing, and with edit remove the blur from the object!

Instead of doing this, just blur the entire image and then edit and remove the blur from the leaf part.. Double exposure is not needed.
