Instagram removed content, what can't be recommended | Instagram account status removed content 2024

I want to inform you that, in my account status there is removed content and what can't be recommended is at risk. The main reason is that I have uploaded content which is against community guidelines. My videos is not recommended to non followers that's why my account reach is down...
Please help me to fix this problem
