Yesterday I was deactivated and I can't send appeals coz it said user id not found they told me to send pics of me holding a code. I did that 4 times and they sent me an email saying it's been disabled for going against terms. I don’t how long have to wait before my account get reactivate,keep waiting until someone recommended me to the above name and he was able to get my account fixed within a short time with a little charges

Hello guys I'm stuck at the Selfie Video Identification step. I got the 2 OTPs, and when the video step is supposed to come up, it just gets stuck at loading. Thank you for this video. When going through the steps you mentioned Instagram asks us for a previous email or phone numbere, I provide the previous email, they then ask for a 6 digit code that was sent to it, I provide that, then they ask for 6 digit number from my 2FA (I never had a 2FA setup), so I get stuck there and do not reach the point where I can do the video. What are we supposed to do here?

Hi just a quick question, last week I logged out my Instagram my self to reset my password after hearing about a bug.. forgetting I had set up two factor authentication and I do not have access to my code anymore! Anyways, my only hope is these video selfies, so far they have got back to me twice saying the same thing that they couldn’t confirm my identity. Have you got any tips on how you got yours to work for the 3rd time? Great video aswell, hope you can help thanks :)

When i try to do these steps the options you had click “got hacked” isnt available. I cant even get to the page

Really hoping I too can get verified this method if I just keep at it. My main concern is that they are using my DMs to hack other people's accounts too and I would hate for this to happen to others. Also I see the number they used for your account is also a Nigerian phone number. So annoying!

Yesterday I was deactivated and I can't send appeals coz it said user id not found they told me to send pics of me holding a code. I did that 4 times and they sent me an email saying it's been disabled for going against terms. I don’t how long have to wait before my account get reactivate,keep waiting until someone recommended me to the above name and he was able to get my account fixed within a short time with a little charges
