Great side-by-side comparison. I have am Insta360 One R twin pack and I am very happy with it. The overheating issues were overcome with a firmware update, which was done a few months back. First and only firmware update since I have purchased the camera, which was approx 2 years prior. I'm not up to date with any firmware update on any device.

I just bought the x3 I can't wait to have it shipped down.

For me, x3 is perfect big screen waterproof for my needs for family travel. For prosfessiobals or business maybe 1 inch for them

they all look and sound cool ,I'm thinking of doing virtual tours .so i guess I'm looking at the expensive one !!

My issue with 1Inch addition can’t do a single perspective shoot, only 360.. the X3 has the option but the 800$ version doesn’t? How odd.

Yep indoors for us. I love my insta360s one rs snd the x2.

I am choosing between the X3 and RS. I have 3 case uses for my choice. 1. freediving. x3 360 has a divecase but a normal action cam might be better. I'm not sure if the single lens mode of the x3 is good underwater. 2. travel. i would like a 360 camera for walking around. 3. work. I need 360 photos of site I visit. Please help me with my choice. Please help. :)

I purchased the X3 and was exited with the improved photo capabilities. i owned the X2 previously and enjoy editing in the ipad app. I was excited to shoot 72mp photos -this is, until i learned in the app these larger photos can't get adjusted in the app like the 18mp can. Is it me, or would you consider this an unexpected let down? Do you think Insta360 will improve their app? What's the point of taking larger photos unless you can improve the brightness, contrast, vibrancy saturation, etc before posting and sharing? Sure, i may be able to do that with a different app but the point is doing it all in one place with Insta360's help (i.e. App).

360 is cool, but if they can make it the video quality is as good as dji pocket 2. I love your vloging using dji pocket 2. 👍

similar design but it is not Brompton 🎅

X3 firmware update has added 3K 100fps. Great for slow motion.

I'm still waiting for 3D 100/140or180° VR cam...My eyes can't see 360° video, so it would be interesting to see the brand go to VR Cam market instead....especially when you consider that they've already a modular product. So add a second lens, should be easy.
