Great footage. Some of it had too much motion blur to be pleasant, though. The stabilisation was still efficient. Thank you for producing this review. Makes me want to do the sidecar tour myself using the flow. 😃

Loved the showcase! I have the Flow and I think it is a great travel gimbal. It doesn't have the widest range of motion (tilt front/back) but the combination of compact hardware and great software that works with any phone is quite potent. I think you hit it on the head with the words "fun" and "it just works". I have been loving it on my trips with kids, so much so that my R6 is actually taking a bit of a back seat!

Yes it's an ad video but it's actually a good ad video... The tracking and refocusing after leaving the frame looks promising.

I got it too. It's super simple to learn & use,. In the past gimbals required balancing & were tricky to setup, use & carry! This really does fit in my jeans back pocket. Been using it a lot lately. Also, attaches nicely to a larger tripod for a photo shoot.

Glad you showcased this product, I've been tidda tottering between the Insta 360 flow and the Hohen iSteady M6. After watching many video' comparisons, I think I'm going to go with the Hohen iSteady M6. It just offers that bit more ...

Great video . I own of of this and love it. The best gimbal in my opinion

I enjoy videos on this channel for unbiased reviews that show plusses and minuses. Either this product had absolutely no minuses, or commercialism has taken a toll on Jared. And "product showcase" doesn't automatically mean "ad" to most people.

Hello. Thanks for the review. My lenovo Y70 phone supports shooting in 8k and 4k 60 frames, but in the settings in Insta360app the maximum resolution is only 4k30. Why doesn't he see the frame rate at 50 and 8k resolution? Also, I can not choose manual settings for taking photos and videos, shutter speed, ISO. I also tried another phone, there is no way to use manual shooting settings.

Ive tried 4 gimbals so far and have not liked any of them. Ill try this one. It looks like this one has better tracking. How is the app as far as stability and speed goes? Some of the aps are so slow! You record an inception mode and the the app processes forever! I have the s23ultra so not a slow phone.

This makes gimbals exciting again. I only have the DJI OM2 and Pocket, I haven't touched the Mobile in ages to the point where I'm wondering if the battery even still holds a charge. The Pocket, I will use a few times a year. But these new features are pretty nifty that I may even consider replacing these 2 kit pieces.

Thank you for showing actual real world in the city. These mobile gimbal reviews featuring cinematic shots and in scenic locations are great but I was always curious how the AI tracking would work on busy streets/public places.

Wish this out before I bought my Zhiyun Smooth 5 for my vacation to Pensacola for spring break in March. Looks a lot easier to use. Took me a bit to figure out to setup and use the features I wanted to on the Smooth 5. I like my Smooth 5 but its pretty bulky.

It was good to see this in a real world type of environment. It's very similar to another company's compact gimbal for the same price. Though the Insta360 appears to edge that other one out on a few features. It's added to my list of eventual potential purchases.

Paris video was nice, i have DJI OM5, its about the same but maybe bigger and it works with filmic pro i like it. If you make mobile phone videos and dont have a gimbal you should get one

Unfortunately didn’t work for me. The gimbal seems fine the insta360 app. Sucks, no way way to do time laps, slo-mo or panos etc. with the iPhone 12 Pro.

9:12 When you said showcasing a house as a realtor, I thought that's a good tool in selling that kind of service for the real estate agency. When you said the cost of this gimbal, it blew my mind. You might be able to make back that cost in just a few videos.

The app works perfectly with iPhone but with Android is limited, insta360 wrote me and told me that it depends on the phone, haha I ha e the samsung galaxy s22 ultra, top of the line and the app doesn't work 100 percent.

Why don't you record videos in Philadelphia if you are from that area?

I bought this to shoot 360 photos. I was so excited because iPhones have such a high resolution now that I was stoked to use a lightweight apparatus to shoot these. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Insta 360 scales down the iPhone photos and the result is a resolution that is only good for social media. What a disappointment from a company that has engineered pretty damn good resolution on their360 cameras!!!

Well, i guess i guess i'm just gonna leave my bulky expensive camera gears at home. This is so compact

@jared I know it’s a promo video but you are known to be an unhinged reviewer (especially re Nikon gear) so can you tell us the things that you found to be a flaw in your opinion. I just setup mine

Still you shot with your phone ... so it's a bad footage anyway and have a gizmo in your hand.

The magnet is a flop for me. I would rather know that I broke the gimbal than, lose my phone because it got clipped off. But otherwise amazing stuff. ❤
