Well, the Sony may be the supposed “King of the hill”, but I much preferred the AcePro’s footage over the Sony’s. Great real world review man!

Hey... Great video I have just ordered my ace pro a day ago. I have few concerns like 1st: i am an Android user and not sure if the app is working flawlessly with the Android devices as most of the reviews are with iphone only for insta 360 app 2nd: can we use this as an everyday camera for daily vlogging and travel vlogs? Will be looking forward for your response. Thank you

Sorry for my late response! I also use a Samsung phone with the insta360 app. Works flawlessly. As for vlogging. Absolutely. I bring mine with me everywhere. Let me know if you have more questions. 👍🏼

What do you recommend for long night walking long vlogs dji osmo pocket 3 or Ace pro for beginner ?

I’d highly recommend the AcePro. The Osmo pocket 3 is a great option. But when it comes to lowlight and versatility the Ace Pro is the winner. There is a link in the description for the AcePro. Right now is the “Spring Sale” so you can save some money. 👍🏼

In the vlog I’m just using acepro microphone. It was a very calm day. No wind. In the studio I’m using a Deity VO-7U recorded on my MacBook Air into garage band via usb-c.

They were clean. iPhone wide lens just has poor performance.

Thanks for the comment!! I’ve got a video testing out the acepro vs the pocket 3 on my Instagram. The lowlight on the ace pro seemed slightly better. Especially at higher frame rates. There isn’t much of a fair fight between the a7siii and any camera for lowlight. It’s a beast. What camera do you use in lowlight?

It was cleaned before almost every shot. Maybe you’re just seeing the lower quality of the iPhone in lowlight scenarios. Thanks for the constructive comment!
