Ricardo what planet are you on, this is a diasaster😮
🤘
I went on a tour in Wales earlier this year, on my Bonneville. I got a puncture in the rear tyre and it took three days to find someone w Prepared to repair it. Al the bike dealers didn’t have time to fit it in. B.. disgraceful and shame on Wales

Nobodies mate, and boring commentary
gt pro and rally pro are the worst bikes in the maxi enduro segment.

@@daveo9844 I was a loyal customer of the brand, I had 3 tiger1200s in 4 years, the first model for me was the Explorer XCX MY 2016/17, I switched to the desert edition model and then the tiger1200 rally pro. I picked up the Rally pro in mid-June 2022, my house is 120km from the triumph dealer, on the way home I noticed that when using the downshift clutch, the engine stopped and when I set off again at the traffic lights, the revs rose abnormally. Already at the 1000km coupon I communicated these anomalies to the head of the workshop but both triumph and the dealer have always denied the defects. I had about 6500km when I crashed 2 times due to shutdown and anti-stall, the crash cost me almost 2000 euros in damages which fortunately they compensated me for, only later did they admit the faults. The bike was stopped for more than a month waiting for spare parts, I went to pick it up and spoke to my dealer who told me that they had updated the ECU and that the defects had been resolved. on the way home the bike stalled 2 times and the anti stall effect was still present. The next day I did some test rides on a BMW 1250 GS, DUCATI MULTISTRADA V4 S and on a KTM 1290 SAS. I traded my tiger1200 for a KTM 1290 and believe me, the competition bikes are superior in everything from chassis to engine, from handling to technology. Give it a try and you'll see that you'll prove me right.

@@daveo9844 I forgot to write that for a long time I asked both the dealer and triumph to replace my rally pro because it was dangerous, I also asked to be able to send it back to the factory so that the engineers could check for anomalies and defects but they always declined my proposals. my bike was the only one that never received benefits from ECU updates. For these reasons I will never buy a Triumph motorcycle again and I will advise my friends against buying a maxi enduro but I will advise them to buy another brand. bad way to treat a loyal customer, don't you think?

@@sbabbaro1977 Unfortunately my dealership is great but their service department is sub par. Triumph seem to think they know more than the customer who lives with the bike day to day. I had the ‘air’ in clutch issue on my rally pro and they carried on because I had someone else try to bleed it to get me going. Then they charged me for the privilege of not fixing it properly. Second time I made sure it was fixed before leaving. They won’t see any more money from me either 🍻
