sir within 180(+90 extend) days limit h process ki .isliye fast h ...pahle 5-to10 years lag jate the ek company ko band karne ke liye.. and ...drt for individual or huf ...for other you may appeal to nclt

nahi.....sarfaesi me bank ko power jayada h apne debt recover karne ki .....fugitive offender law ....bank ka paisa jo lekar videsh chale jate h ..unke liye h....or ibbi ek bord h ...but act ibc 2016 ...jo creditor ko chahe wo financial institution ho( limit 1 lakh) ya other creditor ho unko power deta h ki aap apne debt rrecover kare ...warna company band ho jayegi....ab jitene bi builders h wo bi isme aa jate h..yani agar builder neaapko ghar nahi diya to recovery kar sakte h.....

Madam you have taught wrong about your resolution professional. RP have lots of power given in IBC, He can overtake board of director.

What about minority shareholders and mutual funds which also public money ? What kinds of job's SEBI and IEPF is doing to protect minorities ?

act parliament me pass hota h or ek particular topic/ area ko control karta h...but...ibc ne compant act 1956, company act 2013, partnership act , sica act,recovery of debt act,sarfaesi act, ko override kiya h isliye ye code h na ki act
