Ha any1 here ordered anything of this northface site I ordered a jacket from it and it took my money from my bank account and still got no jacket and no track and trace number

You’d think an apparel company fueled by an active clientele would be open to suggestions on improving the brand. So I wrote NF an email sharing my unfavorable opinions on their shiny, “Skittle” colored, over-sized, sloppy garbage bag style jackets/coats & received this reply: Thank you for contacting The North Face. We received your email regarding the design and color scheme of our products. We appreciate the time and effort you put into submitting your idea to us for our consideration. For various legal and business reasons including the fact that we have our own in-house designers, we have a policy of refusing to review, accept or consider any unsolicited ideas. As a result, we are returning your submission to you. Again, thank you for contacting The North Face. Sincerely, H____ M_ The North Face Customer Service ... so that’s that people. This company just wants your money. Doesn’t matter how you feel about it, good or bad. Customer service? That’s the punch line.
